1. Acknowledgment of Research Use Only

By purchasing research compounds from Evexia Aminos, I acknowledge and agree that:

• All products are strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are expressly prohibited from human consumption, veterinary use, or any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose
• These products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body
• It is my sole responsibility to handle, store, and use these compounds in compliance with all applicable laws, safety protocols, and industry best practices, including maintaining appropriate storage conditions, security measures, and documentation of all research uses
• Failure to comply with the above voids all Evexia Aminos’ obligations under this agreement

2. Age Verification & Legal Compliance

I confirm that:

• I am at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase research compounds in my jurisdiction
• I acknowledge that Evexia Aminos does not sell products to individuals under 21 years of age
• I agree to provide valid government-issued identification upon request
• I am solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and use of these compounds

3. No Medical Claims & No Warranties

Evexia Aminos makes no medical claims, express or implied, about the safety, effectiveness, or intended use of its products. No guarantees or warranties are provided regarding research outcomes, product efficacy, or results.

All products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and will conform, at the batch level, to the written specifications and Certificates of Analysis provided by Evexia Aminos for that production lot. Except for batch-level conformance to such written specifications, Evexia Aminos disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By purchasing, possessing, or using products from Evexia Aminos, I assume all risks and agree that:

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evexia Aminos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, storage, handling, or disposal of its products
• In no event shall Evexia Aminos’ total liability exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim
• I waive any legal claims against Evexia Aminos, its officers, employees, and affiliates arising from the purchase, handling, use, misuse, or disposal of these research compounds
• I accept full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evexia Aminos, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any:

• Claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), fines, penalties, and regulatory actions resulting from my purchase, possession, storage, handling, use, or disposal of these compounds, or any violation of this agreement
• Legal actions arising from misuse, injury, property damage, or third-party claims related to these products

6. Gated Access & Customer Verification

• I understand that access to product selection and checkout is gated by an age verification and research-use-only agreement
• I acknowledge that completing a purchase requires confirming my age and agreeing to the Research Use Only policy
• I accept that my account may be restricted or suspended if false information is provided or misuse is suspected

7. Binding Agreement & Governing Law

This agreement is binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.

If a court finds any provision of this agreement invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall be interpreted to best effect the intent of the parties.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Evexia Aminos operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Each party knowingly and voluntarily waives any objection to personal jurisdiction, venue, or forum.

8. Incorporation by Reference

By accessing or using this website or purchasing any product from Evexia Aminos, I expressly acknowledge and agree to the Company’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Legal Disclaimer, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available on evexiaaminos.com. I understand that material changes to these policies will be communicated through website notices or email and will become effective only after such notice is provided.

9. Acknowledgement & Acceptance

By proceeding with my purchase, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver Agreement. I acknowledge that my electronic acceptance constitutes a valid and legally binding signature under applicable state electronic transactions law and the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN). Electronic and printed versions of this Agreement shall be admissible to the fullest extent permitted by law in any judicial or administrative proceeding.
