What is the purity level of your peptides?+
All of our peptides are 99.9% pure. Each batch is independently tested by a licensed third-party laboratory and accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis confirming purity and identity.
How should I store lyophilized peptides?+
Store lyophilized peptides in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For long-term storage, we recommend keeping them in a freezer at -20°C. After reconstitution, refrigerate and use within 30 days.
What solvents should I use for peptide reconstitution?+
The appropriate solvent depends on the specific peptide. Most peptides can be reconstituted using bacteriostatic water or sterile water. Please refer to the product’s COA or consult your laboratory protocols for specific guidance.
How long do reconstituted peptides remain stable?+
Once reconstituted, peptides should generally be used within 30 days when stored properly in a refrigerator. Stability can vary depending on the specific peptide and storage conditions.
Are your peptides sterile?+

Do your peptides contain additives or preservatives?+

Can I cancel or modify my order?+

What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?+

Do you ship with cold packs or temperature control?+
No. Our lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds are specifically designed to remain stable without refrigeration during standard shipping conditions. Short-term exposure to temperature fluctuations during transit does not compromise product integrity.

Are your peptides third-party tested?+
Yes. Every batch is independently tested by a licensed U.S.-based analytical laboratory to ensure accuracy, purity, and consistency.
What does your Certificate of Analysis include?+
Every COA includes a verified batch number, comprehensive analytical data including purity and assay results, endotoxin testing results, and the testing laboratory name and verification date. All COAs are available in our COA Library.
Are your peptides tested for endotoxins?+
Yes. Every batch is tested for endotoxins. Endotoxins are bacterial fragments that can negatively impact experimental outcomes even in trace amounts, so we test every batch to ensure reliable research performance.
How do I find the COA for my product?+
All Certificates of Analysis are available in our COA Library on our website. Each product page also links directly to the relevant COA.
How often are COAs updated?+
COAs are issued for every new production batch. Each time a new lot is released a new COA is generated and published in our COA Library.
Legal & Compliance
Are your peptides FDA-approved?+
No. Our peptides are for research purposes only and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use. Any non-research application may violate federal, state, or local regulations.
What does “For Research Use Only” mean?+
It means our products are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not approved for human consumption, veterinary use, clinical testing, or any therapeutic application.
Can I use your peptides for human consumption?+
No. Human or veterinary use of our products is strictly prohibited. Misuse of these products may violate applicable laws and regulations.
Do I need a prescription to buy peptides from your site?+
No prescription is required. However you must be 21 or older, agree to our Research Use Only policy, and confirm you are purchasing for legitimate laboratory research purposes.
Why can’t you provide dosage or usage instructions?+
Our products are sold strictly for research use only. Providing dosage or usage instructions for human or veterinary use would be inconsistent with our Research Use Only designation and applicable regulations.
Is Evexia Aminos a compounding pharmacy?+
No. Evexia Aminos is a research chemical supplier and is not a compounding pharmacy under Section 503A, nor an outsourcing facility under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?+
Unopened and sealed products may be returned for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@evexiaaminos.com with your order number and reason for return.
What if my product arrives damaged?+
If your product arrives damaged, contact us at info@evexiaaminos.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
How long does it take to process a refund?+
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received or the issue is validated. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
What if I received the wrong product?+
