1. All Sales Final

All sales are final once payment has been processed. Due to the research-use nature of our products and applicable safety and compliance regulations, we are unable to accept returns of peptide products as a general policy due to the risk of degradation and contamination.

2. Eligible Returns

Limited returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

• The product arrives visibly damaged or defective
• The wrong product was sent to you
• The product does not match the specifications stated on the Certificate of Analysis

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us at info@evexiaaminos.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging. Returns reported after 48 hours may not be eligible.

3. Unopened Products

Unopened and sealed products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition with intact labeling and seals. The Company reserves the right to deny any return request if there is evidence of tampering, attempted use, or product degradation.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a return or refund request:

• Email us at info@evexiaaminos.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue
• Include photos of any damaged items, packaging, and product labels
• Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days
• If your return is approved and the product is confirmed defective, return shipping costs will be covered by Evexia Aminos

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received or the issue is validated. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In situations where a refund cannot be issued due to payment processor restrictions, we may issue a store credit equal to the original purchase amount.

6. Lost or Missing Shipments

If your shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier and the delivery confirmation report indicates non-delivery, we will reship your order at no additional cost for orders shipped within the United States.

If tracking information shows the package as delivered, our shipping guarantee is considered fulfilled and we will not issue a free replacement. If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, you must file a report with your local authorities.

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately at info@evexiaaminos.com. Once we verify the legitimacy of the claim we will send the missing product. All orders are thoroughly documented and photographed before shipment to prevent fraudulent claims.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed and shipped by contacting us at info@evexiaaminos.com. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled. If you have not yet submitted payment, your order will automatically cancel after 48 hours.

8. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

• Products damaged due to improper handling, mixing, storage, or any deviation from proper laboratory procedures after delivery
• Products that have been opened and used
• Dissatisfaction with research outcomes
• Orders where tracking confirms delivery to the address provided
• Theft or loss after confirmed delivery

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Evexia Aminos maintains comprehensive electronic records of each transaction including order details, payment authorization, shipment tracking, and carrier delivery confirmation. Chargebacks initiated without good-faith efforts to resolve the issue with us may constitute a breach of our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that is inaccurate, fraudulent, or unsupported by the facts.
