Shipping Policy
Please read our shipping restrictions carefully before placing your order.
Important: Evexia Aminos ships exclusively within the United States. We do not accept international orders, orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, or orders shipped to freight forwarders.
Domestic Shipping Only
Shipping Restrictions
United States Only
Evexia Aminos ships exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or any international destinations.
No P.O. Boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. All orders must be shipped to a valid physical street address. Orders placed with a P.O. Box as the shipping address will be cancelled and refunded.
No Freight Forwarders
We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses or package consolidation services. Any order identified as being shipped to a freight forwarder for international re-shipment will be cancelled and refunded.
No International Orders
We do not accept or fulfill orders destined for addresses outside of the United States, regardless of billing address. Attempting to circumvent this restriction via freight forwarding or misrepresentation of shipping address is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and will result in order cancellation without refund.
Right to Refuse & Cancel
Evexia Aminos reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that violate our shipping restrictions, orders we are unable to verify, or orders that appear to be intended for prohibited use.
Processing & Delivery
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product identification. A tracking number will be provided via email upon shipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@evexiaaminos.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
